Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@rdivwellness.store to request a return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your package once approved. Please note: you're responsible for return shipping costs, and items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.
Are there any items I can't return?
Yes, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds to cover processing and handling costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (minus the 15% restocking fee). Bank processing may take additional time.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at support@rdivwellness.store if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
